Sincere Social Trust

Sincere Social Trust was established on 17th day of January 1997 under the name and style as SINCERE SOCIAL SERVICE. This trust was established solely for charitable purpose.

Mr. Jamal Mohamed Yeesa , son of Abdul Rahman Shahib residing at 114 MKM Banu Nagar, Burkitma Nagar Post, Tirunelveli is the founder and author of the trust. The author of the trust is desirous to establish fund by this trust with sole object of establishing educational institutions , family counseling centres, consumer protection cell, child care centre, old age home, home for depressed, inter, inter religious prayer training centers and conducting drug de-addiction awareness programs, AIDS awareness camps, programs on environmental pollution, child labour eradication etc., and other charitable purposes which includes relief of the poor, education, medical relief and the advancement of any other object of general public utility.

The trustees have agreed to become trustees and hold and apply the said fund for the objects stated herein and subject to the trustees powers and provisions as mentioned in the trust deed.

To work for peaceful living by organizing meetings, conferences, seminars, symphosium and workshop on interfaith and inter religion
To start ,maintain,establish,set-up,run and administer family counseling centres
To work for eradicating AIDS by organizing and conducting AIDS awareness camp, distributing contraceptives, arranging meetings and seminars for propagating and creating awareness of AIDS
To open , found ,establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and give aid or help in the setting up and or maintaining and or running colleges, institutes ………..or learning, centre for higher studies, for advancement for arts, science, commerce, industry and other fields of learning
To redress the grievances of victims to AIDS, Cancer and other life killing diseases
To provide free legal assistance to the poor and the under privilege in respect of maters or disputes arising out of or incidental to their RIGHT
To establish ,start, run, administer CONSUMER PRODUCTION CELL for the benefit of public at large
To start MARRIAGE INFORMATION CENTER for the benefit of poor woman , widows and widowers
To establish DRUG DEADDICTION CENTRE to make drunkards obstain from drugs and other narcoutics
To provide free treatment and advice poor through establishing SIDDHA VAIDIYASALA
To co-operate, federate, align with INTERNATIONAL PHILANTHROPICAL INSTITUTIONS and WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION, INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM
To establish full fledged technical guidance center for providing free technical education for the poor
To work for rural development
To make the people aware of Environmental Pollution and take precautionary measures for control the same
To establish, promote, setup, run Nursery school, Primary school. Middle school, High school, Higher secondary school, Matriculation school, technical schools and Institutions
To take over any existing educational institutions, schools, other centers of education, and to conduct, run, maintain, develop and improve the same
To establish maintain, run or aid in establishing , maintaining, running schools, boarding homes, residential institutions for the benefit of students
To institute scholarship, stipend for studies, research and apprenticeship and pay out such stipends forschools, colleges for study , funds for purchase of books, equipment, uniform etc.,
To bring out, encourage and develop the incentives and research faculties of the pupils, teachers, etc.,by affording financial help
To promote sports
To develop human resource, conduct vocational training programs, socio economic and employment oriented classes for poor and weaker section.
To establish , maintain, run, aid and assist in the establishment and management of hospitals , dispensaries, nursing homes, health centers and to render and assist in providing material aid to the sick and suffering through public grant, free medical aid and other clinical facilities
To help the old, disabled, destitute, orphans, handicapped and poor people by running homes, orphanages, etc., for their welfare.
To give, provide and or render monetary and or other help and assistance for the relief of persons affected by natural and other calamities such as flood, fire, cyclones, earth quake, storms, accidents, drought, epidemic etc.,
To promote , organize, administer, establish, support, maintain, grant and to receive from any persons, institutions od Society or organizations having similar objects of educational and or charitable purposes in India to incur expenditure in connection herewith.
To accept donations, grants, gifts either in cash or in any form
To do all activities necessary for the promotion of education and for the up-liftment of poor, downtrodden, disabled, uncared citizen of this country
